This book stems from my mission to empower parents with two simple career coaching strategies to ignite their teens' career exploration journeys. Parents and caring adults, your role is pivotal, often serving as the catalyst that propels teens into action. I am a college career advisor and former school counselor with over 25 years of experience.

I was born and raised in beautiful Michigan, USA, as one of ten children! My remarkable parents taught me the value of a can-do spirit.  And I'm blessed with the love and support of my husband and son.
